Park International Hotel London, London

My stay at Park International was a mixed experience. The junior suite I booked was excellent, but there were some issues with guarantees and pricing. The cold snap in December made things a bit uncomfortable, but the location was convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were well-equipped and the location was perfect for visiting the Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Gardens. However, the rooms are not soundproof, so street noise can be bothersome, but still, I had one of the best nights' sleep here.

The hotel's location was very convenient, close to the Gloucester Road tube station and with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms, though small and with stained sheets, served our needs adequately. The service was friendly but not always focused on customer requests. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good buffet selection. The exterior looked nice, but stains on the carpets were unappealing.

The double bed was not ideal for taller individuals as my husband, over 6 ft, found it too small with his feet hanging over the edge. On the bright side, the room was spacious and the staff were very attentive. There was a room next door, which fortunately did not have any unpleasant odors.

The hotel offers a warm bed and very comfy accommodations aiding to a good night's sleep. With a great location for the Royal Albert Hall, the breakfast is well-stocked for all tastes. The staff is very good and polite, making it great value for money. However, the room might be too small to accommodate multiple suitcases and lacks adequate space for luggage and mobility aids.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to museums and attractions. The service was exceptional, especially from Eon the Concierge Trainee, Clarissa the Bar Supervisor, and Ana Maria the Receptionist. The rooms were not particularly welcoming due to maintenance but the friendly staff made up for it. The dining experience was subpar, but the facilities were decent overall.
